Frank Wilkinson, proprietor of Rab’s Country Lanes and a prominent leader in Staten Island’s business and community sectors, has been named to the prestigious City & State Staten Island Power 100 list. This honor recognizes the borough’s most influential figures driving positive change in shaping its future.
As the co-owner of Staten Island’s largest indoor entertainment venue, Wilkinson has remained deeply rooted in family tradition, keeping his late father’s legacy alive. Under his leadership, Rab’s has grown into more than just a bowling alley, it’s a community hub that promotes togetherness, recreation, and connection for people of all ages.
Beyond his business success, Wilkinson’s contributions extend far and wide across Staten Island. As head of the North Hylan Merchants Association, and Secretary of the Board for the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce he is a constant advocate for local businesses, championing economic growth and collaboration among fellow business owners and their teams.
A lifelong Staten Islander, Wilkinson’s passion for bowling runs deep, reflecting his family’s longstanding legacy in the sport. On a national scale, he has served as President of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) and held pivotal roles in several industry organizations, influencing the growth and development of bowling both locally and nationwide.
Wilkinson’s dedication to service is equally commendable. As an active member of the North Shore Rotary Club, he has served as President and currently acts as Assistant Governor, overseeing Staten Island’s five Rotary Clubs. Through the Rab Wilkinson Foundation, Wilkinson and his team have spearheaded initiatives that have raised well over $1,000,000 for local causes, including youth educational and entrepreneurial programs, veterans’ support, and breast health initiatives.
Recognized previously as one of Staten Island’s Top 31 Most Influential & Impactful Business Leaders by the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC), Wilkinson’s vision and leadership inspire growth, generosity, and unity within the community he serves.
“I’m incredibly humbled to be included in the Staten Island Power 100 alongside so many remarkable individuals,” said Wilkinson. “This recognition isn’t just about me; it’s a testament to the incredible Rab’s team, our family, whose hard work and dedication make it possible for us to do what we do every day. It’s also a reflection of the strength, resilience, and heart of our Staten Island community. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back and help make our borough an even better place to call home.”
